I'm am glad to hear you and Erin were able to get to all the sites and had no issues. We appreciate you getting your comments in and we look forward to discussing those and any other IRT comments once Kyle has had a chance to compile them. Thank you and the rest of the IRT for your help and guidance during this process. Take care, Daniel Daniel S. Coggin President Coggin Asset Management, LLC P.O. Thanks to Mr. Jones for putting the locks on the gates with the easy to remember codes. 1 I did see a few things which I added to my comments. I have sent my comments on to Kyle. I would be glad to discuss with you folks once Kyle gets all the comments from the IRT and then sends to you. Mainly, we (DWR) have some concerns regarding the extent of wetland restoration proposed. Some of the other comments I have stated before, however, once we work through the comments, I believe the sites can move forward. I don't think its appropriate to discuss specifics with you all until Kyle has processed the comments. Thanks again for letting us go out and visit the sites, it helped out Erin quite a bit. May be a long day for us but that would be ok. We would like to get a look at all three, not walk the whole thing but get the idea of what is going on. We would really appreciate it ... again, you don't need to be there, we just need access... If that date is ok, will workout the final logistics later. Let me know if that date is good for you folks.
