On May 20, 2020, the Notice of Intent to Approve was issued to the IRT for the Upper Rocky Umbrella Mitigation Bank.
The IRT Dispute Resolution Process, as described in the Final Mitigation Rule (33 CFR Section 332.8(e)), ends June 5,
2020. Provided that you do not intend to initiate the dispute resolution process, the Corps plans to move forward with
the approval/issuance of the Upper Rocky Umbrella Mitigation Bank. If you have not already done so, please have the
appropriate party for your agency sign and return the attached signature page (via email). Please provide this signature,
or indicate you wish to sign and need additional time, by close of business on Friday June 5, 2020.
