The inspection was performed to iJ determine compliance status with your certificate of coverage for your groundwater remediation discharge system. Please read this report carefully and take note of any comments that are listed. Based on communications with the UST Section, the Division understands that the subject site is ranked as low risk. Due to this ranking and the potential for site closure, active groundwater remediation has been discontinued. If this inactive status changes and you begin to discharge again,please contact the Division immediately.
