The site is an infill project within the Judd Parkway loop. The site is located approximately 570 If northwest of the intersection of S Judd Pkwy SE (SR2768) and Angier Rd (SR2770).The site has 2 existing sewer outfalls (I2 and 18- inch) that traverse the site from north to south. The project proposes a connection to an existing manhole on the existing 12" outfall per direction of the Town of Fuquay-Varina Public Utilities Director. The project includes infrastructure construction for 74 Townhome Units. The townhome units will be served by 1,842 LF of 8" PVC Sewer Mains with a proposed total flow of 26,640 GPD. Project Schedule: Construction of the Ashford Townhome development is anticipated to begin in April of 2020 and complete by January 2021.
