inspection the soil fertility analysis was missing. This has since been resolved.

V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
Facility is located within the State Park boundaries. No setback issues. Park Superintendent emailed me an additional site
map that shows the drip irrigation area and treatment components before submittal of the application. This does not
appear to be included with the application. Flow reduction is checked in the application, but I believe this is in error.
