Dear Ms. Liggins:
On April 24, 2019 staff of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources, Winston-Salem Regional Office
(DWR) performed a compliance inspection of the subject wastewater irrigation system. This compliance
inspection was conducted by DWR staff person Jim Gonsiewski. Since the residence was unoccupied at the
time of the inspection, several areas, including the alarm in the garage, could not be inspected.
The inspection reflects compliance with the subject permit. It is our understanding that the permittee, Ms.
Florence Anderson, is currently not living at the residence and is unlikely to live there in the future. If the
residence is sold, please notify this office for assistance in preparing the necessary forms to transfer the system
to the new owner.
Our office appreciates your diligence in maintaining the wastewater treatment and spray irrigation system. As
a reminder, please maintain records of septic tank checks/pumping, any system maintenance and/or repairs on
file for a minimum of five years. Please refer to the enclosed compliance inspection report for additional
observations and comments. If you have any questions concerning this letter, or need assistance, please contact
