BG and Jenn.
I have manually renewed NCG190065 and NCG190093.
Tomorrow I will prepare the NCG Mass Renewal.
BG, should we save a copy of this email string to their folders in Laserfiche?

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Thanks, Jenn!
Suzanne, I can't find any record of why these would have been left out of previous renewals. I would verify that their
fees are all up to date (one more time, to be sure), and then use Jenn's suggested option 1. Then include them in the
renewal batch again for this cycle. I think you'll have to wait a day at least for them to flip over the first time.

HI
If we want them to look like they were renewed last cycle I would just do a manual application with back dates do get
them 'up to date' and then include them in this cycle the same way
Option 2
Just renew them in this cycle, just may look funny if someone is looking at it historically because it missed a cycle

Suzanne, See attached.
The ones highlighted in RED all the way across owe fees and should not have a renewal app created. (You might want
to double check that I've correctly flagged all of them from your report.)
There are two that were not renewed at the last cycle, but they don't currently owe fees. These should probably be
active because they have continued to pay... but I am not sure how to handle them. They will have missed an entire
permit cycle. Jenn, can you advise? Does Suzanne just create a renewal applications like she does with all the rest, or
do we need to do something else first?
