Attached is a request to rescind our stormwater permit, NCG070089 effective immediately.

This information is also being sent via certified mail.

This site was a brick manufacturing plant and shale mine. The plant was torn down a few years ago and the mine permit
released last year.
We have subsequently sold the site to Colon Road Land, LLC.

Thanks you for your help with this rescission. Since the annual permit fee for next year is due June 1, we ask that the fee
also be rescinded at this time.
