mail as an attachment L3:L:- i,
HI Alaina,
Sorry. The acreage is on the plans and FRO but we have never put amount of disturbance on the Permit.
Believe it or not this is our first approval over 1 acre and through your NOI process since it was enacted
last April. I will make it standard to put approved disturbed acreage on the permit from now on for you.
The plans show total disturbance of 4.43 acres. We have only permitted Phase 1 in the Zoning Permit you
received which is 1.38 disturbed acres. We will close out Phase 1 then issue a new zoning permit for each
of the remaining phases. The project has 4 Phases.
Let me know if you need clarification on the phasing, copy of plans or need to discuss for your review and
approval.
So the applicant only sends you a copy of the permit and no plans, FRO etc? just making sure I am
understanding the process on your end.
Thanks, Brian

Hey Brian,
Thank you for the explanation. There is a lot of information contained in the zoning permit, but
the key piece of information that's missing, for our purposes, is the number of acres approved
for disturbance. Without verification of the approved acreage, we can't complete NCG01 NOI
reviews.
For this particular project, if you'd be willing to email me the approved acreage —in order to have
documentation for the file---1 will continue on with the review. Please let me know if you have
any questions.
Thanks,
Alaina

Hey Alaina,
Grading and Erosion Control is permitted under our Zoning Permit. We do not issue stand alone
grading/erosion control permits for speculative grading purposes. Our zoning permit will have all
applicable conditions and approvals listed for Erosion Control plan approval that is included in an overall
site plan package.
Let me know if you have any questions or need any further info and I hope you and your staff are staying
healthy.

Hi Brian,
I'm reviewing an NCG01 NOI submission for the above-narned project. They uploaded a zoning permit as
proof of their E&SC plan approval, which we don't typically see. Does the Town issue any other formal
E&SC plan approval documentation or just a zoning permit?
Thanks for your help,
Alaina
