Hi Jason. Robert Patterson and I have reviewed portions of the application and it appears as though it is missing the
Stormwater Management Plan. The SMP is essential in application review as Chatham county has a very stringent
stormwater program. DWR is reviewing the stormwater requirements for R-5930 and we would like to ensure that best
management practices are being implemented. We are unable to continue review without the management plan. Please
submit the SMP as soon as possible and feel free to contact Robert or me with questions.
