With reference to the Section 401 Certification application for the Archdale Park Site, we are requesting an
extension to January 25, 2010 to provide the requested information. We are working with the Watershed
Engineer at the City of Archdale to come up with a reasonable solution for the requested impacts. Due to the
upcoming holidays, coordination of schedules between involved parties may prevent resolution to the completion
of requested information by the current deadline. Please feel free to contact me if there will be a problem with this
requested extension.
