Hi Sue. As we discussed, the applicant/agent did not send me a copy of this PCN. But, upon review, it does appear that
this proposed project would fit the terms and conditions of NWP 3 non -reporting. The plan seems sound, uses natural
channel design, and the stream channel modification is limited to the minimum necessary for the repair of the pipelines
(per NWP 3 paragraph (a)). Thanks for the heads up!

I searched through some emails and couldn't find any communications about this project. I know we've issued joint
approvals before so I wanted to confirm that this qualifies for a non -reporting NWP3. Thanks.
