Comments: RRO has been in contact with Nash Patel, DPS Staff Engineer regarding the closure of Odom correctional.
Currently, discharge lines to the WWTF have been cut and plugged. Potable water connection to facility has been
disconnected. This rescission request relates to the land application program. With the WWTF closure, no residuals are
generated and the facility does not plan to use the permitted fields for any further land application.
