Attached is the provisional NWP 14 for SR 1595 (Coolbrook Rd.) and Rocky Cr. Bridge replacement, Bridge 0115 on
Corps' priority list. I'm still having trouble w/ combining files in Adobe... so also attached are parts of the NWP 14 - the
NWP 14 conditions and the Plan Sheets that accompany the NWP 14.
Received February 11, 2020. Determined complete February 18, 2020 = 7 days for completeness determination.
Finished processing NWP 14 on March 2, 2020 = 20 days in processing.

I call this a NWP 13.... You don't need a 33... 13 covers the temporary work necessary to perform the 13 work.
It appears I have all I need except for the 106 information... it's referenced in the Application - but I need the forms
signed by DOT in Raleigh and or SHPO.
Received Feb.. 11, 2020 - determined mostly complete on February 18, 2020 = 9 days for completeness determination.
