The development to be served by the sewer line extension is as of yet undetermined with a mixture of retail, commercial, and office located on 3 tracts being created by the accompanying development plan. Attached, please find the following: 1. A check for the application fee in the amount of $480. 2. Completed and executed Fast Track Form (FTA 04-16). 3. Site map on quad sheet depicting the location of the proposed sewer extension. 4. An aerial photo depicting the proposed sewer route. The proposed sewer extension consists of 168 LF of 12" Restrained Joint DIP sewer main installed by directional boring under existing NC Hwy 2, 430 LF of 12" PVC, 214 LF 8" DIP, and 303 LF 8" PVC sewer main with associated manholes and services.
