I am reaching out because I received the NOI Certification Form and check for Lot 100 Wexford PH 1. 1 also see that
there is a new application for this project in my queue. I checked to see if this could be approved and there seems to be
some confusion about what the E&SC Approval Letter is.
The first application was rejected because of an issue with the acreage and the NOI Certification Form was not
submitted with the application. The E&SC Approval Letter was correctly attached to this application. I have attached it to
this email.
In the second application, the NOI Certification Form was attached, but a different form was submitted in the place of
the E&SC Approval Letter. In the third submittal a different document was attached in the place of the E&SC Approval. I
commented that the Approval Letter will be titled "SECPA-Sediment and Erosion Control Construction Plan".
The new application also has the wrong document attached. I am going to approve the applicaiton and manually
complete the permit file. I am also going to approve your payment and you should receive the COC shortly.
For future projects, the two documents that I have attached to this email are examples of the documents that should be
submitted in Part D of the application. An E&SC Approval Letter should be uploaded in Part D of the applicaiton, Item 6
and the NOI Certification form should be uploaded in Item 8.
