Page 1 of 1 application for 401 Certification in Tillery Tradition, lot 1023 (?) Averitte, Ken Sent: Wednesday, November 04, 2009 7:07 AM To: thuneycutt@jtrussellandsons.com Cc: Dennison, Laurie Mr. Huneycutt, I met Mr. Roger Turbeville yesterday (11/3/09) at lot 1023 in the Tillery Traditions development. I have an application that was submitted on behalf of JTR, LLC for a 401 water quality certification, and you are indicated as the agent. As I discussed with Mr. Turbeville, there is no indication of the lot number anywhere on the application. The package did include some deed information for lots 1046 and 1023, but didn't specify which lot the application was for. Mr. Turbeville says it was for lot 1023. Although this may be the case, it needs to be clearly specified on a revised application since any approvals will reference information in the application. You should not need to pay additional fees, just submit a revised request. You may already have received a letter concerning this from our central office staff. Please refer to our application number 09-1130 in any correspondence.
