West, 254.82 feet measured along the Easterly and Southerly property line of Buckingham Drive from the intersection of the Easterly property line of Buckingham Drive with tte Southerly property line of Ridge Road, said point also being on the Southerly bank of Little Hominy Swamp Canal; thence with and along the run of Little Hominy Swamp Canal described by the following traverse line on the Southerly bank South 72 deg. 31 min. 20 sec. East, 503.20 feet to the point of beginning, containing 5.08 acres. For prior reference see Deed of Naomi E. Morris, Commissioner, dated November 7, 1960, recorded in Book 729, Page 492, Wilson County Registry. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot of land, together with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise . appertaining, unto the City of Wilson, North Carolina, its successors and assigns, in fee simple. For the consideration aforesaid, the party of the first part, for herself, her heirs and assigns, hereby covenants to and with the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, that she is seized of the above -described land in fee and has a good right to convey the same in fee simple; that said lot of land is free and clear from any and all encumbrances, except as herein set out, and that she does warrant and will forever defend the title thereto against the lawful claims of any and all persons whomsoever. The sale, lease or other.transfer of any of the land conveyed herein,or any interest therein, shall be subject to the prior approval of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
