If there is someone else that I should be sending this to, just point me in the right direction. From reading over the fee section online, it looks like we will need to provide $240 for this project, although there are no stream or buffer impacts, and only minor wetland impacts. If I am reading this incorrectly, please let me know. Otherwise we will be sending the $240 check to the address listed online. Avoidance and Minimization 1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project. By situating a stormwater basin at the location of the current pond, surface water impacts can be avoided, since the surface water area will increase rather than decrease. Due to the sporadic location of the small wetland areas, none could be avoided; however, the total impact is still less than 0.01 acre. 1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Erosion control practices will be used to keep sediment on site and within the limits of disturbance. However, due to the lack of streams and limited wetlands onsite, there is very low risk of unintentionally impacting jurisdictional features or water quality. 2.
