See the attached drawing that shows the stormwater treatment. The small outfall near the UG sand filter is the
subdrain discharge from the sand bed which is treated water. The main outfall goes into the wet pond. The
sewer crossing in question is there to avoid the proposed sand filter below the cottage units. There is a bypass
pipe that is being extended through our site and discharging from the NCDOT ROW which is not required to
be treated. Let me know if this answers/satisfies your concerns here. Thanks -

This is in Meck. What's up with the outfalls? Treatment?? Why not cut the sewer over at the
thin part of the wetland. And impact 3 is a wetland fringe I assume. Just asking.
