I have a couple additional questions: 1) Regarding Brookstone, since the impervious coverage is < 30% we are not required to provide a certain percentage of nutrient removal only the 85% TSS removal is required. Therefore, I can remove the wet pond design and provide an appropriately designed dry detention basin followed by an appropriately designed level spreader. 2) Regarding level spreaders, are the new requirements accepted or do the old still apply.
