Mike lawyer and Our Corporate Manager of EHS spoke and it was told that this Distribution Center was not covered under this permit. The state made the determination that the Distribution Center did not have any discharges. This facility is a different facility that the Manufacturing Facility. The manufacturing Facility is 880 Caton Rd. This Distribution Center is actually 855 Caton Rd. So can I get some clarification on that matter? I am also mailing the original copy via. First Class Mail today so it should be arriving at the Dept. of Environmental Quality hopefully in a few days.
