Inspection Summary:
On May 13, 2020 this facility was inspected to determine if adequate progress has been made in response to the previously
issued Notice of Deficiency. I met with Kenneth Waycaster and Mitch Gillespie on site. During the inspection, it was
determined that the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is not complete and that further revision and improvement is
needed. Improvements were discussed on site.
The permittee is directed to complete the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as outlined in the NCG070000 General
Permit as soon as possible.
A re-inspection will be performed at a future date to confirm that all required improvements have been made.
