Dear Mr. Basinger,
Attached is the Waste Water Pump and Haul Application for Apprentice Academy High School
project for your review. In addition, we have provided letters from the Receiving Facility and
the Contract Hauler.
We are working with the City of Monroe and Union County to permit an installed permanent fl-
inch sewer main and connect to Monroe's wastewater collection system. The installation and
testing of the new system is complete and we are awaiting final Certificate of Operation from
Monroe Water Resources. The final Certificate of Operation is expected within the next 6
months, however, the Apprentice Academy High School is operational with staff only at this
time and students are expected in August 2020 and will require a temporary pump and haul
operation to accommodate the building needs.

Tanks will be installed to temporary divert flow from sewer line to the tanks. Gravity flow will be diverted to
1000 Gallon tank and pumped to five (5) 1500 gallon tanks. Once Sewermain extension is complete the temporary tank
system will be disconnected.
