en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of
the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis
has been performed in accordance with Iocal established policies and procedures using the best
available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all
attached planning assessment addendums for which 1 am the responsible party. Signature of this

Chandra/Jerry,
Just a reminder, we'll need Chandra's response to Item #2 in my original email and potentially a Planning Assessment
Addendum, as well as written confirmation that we can revise the flow on the application from 27,480 to 20,280 gpd.
Thanks,

Jerry and Chandra,
We are reviewing the sewer extension application for the referenced project and have the following
questions/comments;
I. Item VI.6 was checked "No" for a flow reduction, but Johnston County was issued a Flow Reduction Approval of
80 GPD per Bedroom (minimum of 160 GPD). This approval was issued in 2005 and the letter was provided to
Johnston County again in 2016. If you would like to use this flow reduction, please provide an updated FTA and
FTSE forms
2. On the Flow Tracking/Acceptance From, is the flow associated with this request included in Obligated Flow
Column (Column CJ? If it wasn't, then it appears the McGee's PS currently doesn't have the available capacity
for this additional flow (McGee's has 15,400 MGD available). If this is the case, please complete the Planning
Assessment Addendum (page 3 of 6 of the FTSE).
Thanks,
Jason
