I have one question. Why is the facility not permitted for the full capacity of the WWTP? According to the supplement to the cover sheet, it is a .3 MGD WWTP, but they are only permitted for .225 MGD. The reason I ask is that most of their recent violations are for exceeding the permitted flow of the WWTP.
