Please address the message below sent to Shayne and Jay earlier: We are reviewing the subject application. With the large amount of linear footage of sewer line in this project (>14,000 If), we just wanted to confirm there are no high priority sewer lines as defined in the 2T rules below: "High -priority sewer" means any aerial sewer, sewer contacting surface waters, siphon, sewer positioned parallel to streambanks that is subject to erosion that undermines or deteriorates the sewer, or sewer designated as a high priority in a Division -issued permit if the sewer does not meet minimum design requirements. The permit should either have the standard condition that no flow shall be made tributary until a modification is submitted to and approved by the Division, and the engineer's certification received OR we could make it construction only if they intend to modify it in the future to add flows (which is similar, but looks a little different). Hopefully that makes some sense. Thanks! Christyn L. Fertenbaugh, P.E.
