On February 27, 2020, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the
subject facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to
insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. The subject facility appeared to be
well operated, maintained, and discharging a clear effluent. We wish to thank the operating staff
