On June 13, 2005, the Division of Water Quality received your application for the proposed stream
impact at the subject site. Per a telephone conversation with Mr. Brian North, Manager, Engineering Services,
it is our understanding that the project is to be modified following a site visit by the US Army Corps of
Engineers.
Please be advised that this project will be placed on hold, pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(h), until
such time that the modified plan has been received. In addition, this office is requesting that the Army Corps of
Engineers withhold processing the 404 permit until the requested information is provided. If you have any
