Good Morning Mr. Turlington,
Thank you for speaking to me about this just now. As discussed on the phone, I have received the 404 Approval from
the USACE for this project. Initially, this project was to be issued under NWP #51. However, upon further review and
discussion, the USACE determined it best to issue the permit under NWP #14 and NWP #18. The 401 Approval issued by
you was completed under the assumption that the 404 Approval would be under NWP #51 and as such Water Quality
Certification Number 4139 does not cover NWP #14. Would it be possible to revise your 401 Approval to correspond
with the 404 Approval? Thank you very much for your assistance and please let me know if you need anything else to
complete your review or if you have any questions!
