Due to the Coronavirus restrictions which currently remain in place, I do not feel that revisiting the site is required prior to issuance of a metal recycling NPDES SW permit. Please let me know if you would like to discuss, or need additional information. I'm sorry that I forgot to mention that Annette would like the Certificate of Coverages for these facilities issued by the end of May (if not sooner). I understand that you both have many responsibilities and if you don't believe that you will have the opportunity to provide regional office comments on these, please let me know and will try to identify other options.
