I have the application for Binns Rd. I need the Buffer Notification form signed and
photos of the shoreline/buffer area (in addition to the aerials). You mention
"clearing" if necessary. Unfortunately, this does not provide adequate
information. If clearing is required, then the number of trees should be specified
and replacement trees must be on site at time of construction. Otherwise, the
permit will be issued with only approval to remove trees along the immediate
shoreline. Typically, there is adequate distance to work between trees utilizing
properly sized equipment.
