of fallen trees. 5 trees impacted- 3 dead trees hanging on
shoreline with all roots exposed(not sure howthey are standing), 2
dead trees one about 6 ft in from lake , the other one about 20 ft

Application Fee:

$570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
