Hill, Tammy From: Hill, Tammy Sent: Friday, July 10, 2009 6:26 PM To: 'john@env-ecs.com' Subject: mitigation project for Kerner Ridge Development Good afternoon, Mr. Vilas. As part of an EPA-funded study of wetland and stream mitigation in NC, I will be inspecting the project at the assisted living center on Bamboo Road in Boone on July 24, 2009. Based on the age of the project, it appears likely that you are no longer under contract to perform monitoring. However, if you would like to join us for the site visit, you are welcome and your input on the site would be valuable. If you are interested, please contact me to arrange a time to meet on the 24th (or later afternoon on the 23rd if that is more convenient for you). I will inform the assisted living center that I will be there on the 24th. I am having difficulty locating contact information for Mr. Jeff Dickerson or Kerner Ridge Development. If you have any information on the current property owner who may have knowledge regarding the mitigation area, I would appreciate it. Please note that you are not at all required to attend the site visit; this is simply an invitation because our files indicate that you have had the most experience with the project over time. Have a great weekend. Warm regards, Tammy L.
