A response deadline of December 141 2009 was included in your letter. We are going to require more time to prepare the response package and by copy of this letter we are requesting a 30 day extension until January 14, 2010. We are still gathering information from the developer concerning item #6 (stormwater management plan approval from Haywood County). The previously submitted impact table was in error. We believe that construction of only one bridge as opposed to two bridges will be required while maintaining less than 150 linear feet of total stream impacts for the project. We are continuing to coordinate with the developer regarding this item as well. We believe that it would be beneficial to meet with Susan Wilson once the package is complete to go through the impact tables and history of the project since previous property owners and previous permits are involved. We would like to request a meeting January 11th, 12th, or 14th. Please respond through email regarding availability for this meeting. If the Corps and WRC feel that it would be beneficial to participate in this meeting, please respond through email regarding your availability for this meeting as well.
