Laurie, Sorry about that. I have put together 5 sets of the PCN and these will go out in the mail tomorrow. We
made up 5 sets due to some comments we received yesterday from the USACE regarding the length of our
stream impacts. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.

DWQ received more maps and the CD in the mail this afternoon. We did not need the maps as indicted in the
attached letter (see item 1). What was requested was four (4) more sets of the PCN application.
Please supply at your earliest convenience to continue to proceed with the review and approval process.
