Inspection Summary:
On 5/8/20 a site visit was conducted by R. Sipe w/ WaRO WQROS as part of the permit renewal application review process
for the existing 5A7 injection well. No problems were observed with either the injection well or supply well. Also, there were
no potential pollution sources observed. The site is considered in compliance with permit # WI0700176. Samples were not
collected for lab analyses because the Central lab was not accepting routine samples at the time of inspection. Another
site visit will peformed at a later date to collect groundwater samples from the wells once the lab is fully operational again.
