In an effort to continue build an agile and flexible workforce, we are always looking for ways to cross -train our folks to
learn other areas of the business. We have rotated supervisors roles in the past with great success which has given the
individuals a renewed outlook on how change can affect the workgroup and our customer base. FMS has been focusing
on employee development and succession planning to ensure we move folks into roles that would benefit the group and
enhance the skills of the employee. As with all businesses, change is evitable and critical to organizational growth. With
that being said, I have decided to make an organizational change that will provide additional growth for the employees
and expand their knowledge of the business. Brent Clemmer, manager of Lark Maintenance will transition to become
the manager of Carolina and Florida Mechanical and Brandon Garrison, currently the manager of Carolina and Florida
Mechanical will transition to become the manager of Lark Maintenance. Both managers have performed extremely well
in their current roles and I know they will do more than well in their new roles moving forward.
During the month of December, Brent and Brandon will be working on the transition of their roles. The effective date
for the transition will be January 1, 2020.
Please join me in congratulating Brent and Brandon on their new roles and please continue to stay focused on your work
to drive out event -free performance.
