Hey Ross,
This email is in follow-up to our site meeting on 10/10/2018 to verify the delineation 10805 Leesville Road site,
Located at 10805 Leesville Road, in Raleigh, NC. During the site review, you field verified the delineation as
depicted in the attached Approved Delineation Exhibit. I have also included the updated preliminary inventory table
for the site.
We understand that due to your current workload, the JD will be issued during permitting. If there is no proposed
impacts with the final design I will follow up stating that your concurrence email is sufficient for our needs and
issuance of a JD is not necessary. Will you please respond to this email concurring with the results of the site
meeting so that we have documentation for upcoming submittals.

I've attached a request for a preliminary JD for 10805 Leesville Road site, Located at 10805 Leesville Road, in
Raleigh, NC.
The site is t 18.81 acres comprised entirely of undeveloped woodlands and managed pine forest. During our
delineation we determined 7 wetlands and 3 streams were present.
Please take a look at the attached request and let me know your availability for a site visit. The site visit should take
around 2.0 hours.
