herewith a corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0005910 issued June 17, 2019.
The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. Attachment A — The Sample Type listed for Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (PSC Code 900625) has
changed from "Calculated" to "Grab."
Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0005910 issued June 17, 2019 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
