Hi Rob,
I hope you are doing well and staying safe during this time.
I am submitting the attached buffer authorization modification request on behalf of NCDOT. The
attached request details a utility line relocation near Jones Franklin Road where there will be a slight
increase in allowable buffer impacts. I have attached a couple of graphics below of the area of
additional impact to illustrate the current condition at this location. Please review and let us know if
you have any questions.
