Inspection Summary:
The 22 fields that recieved residuals in 2019 were not reported to be at or near cumulative loading metals limits. The fields
that were neear the metal limts in 2018 did not recieve residuals during 2019.
The data appears to be complete for all of the fields that received residual material including SSFA forms.
There was no elevated Heavy Metals reported in TCLP analytical report for the 2019 AR. VOCs were reported at non detect
levels for the variuos sources in the permit.
A lime amendment table was inserted in the AR indicting the volume of lime applied to those fields that required lime
amendments.

Comment: There are several sources listed under this permit. All sources have demonstrated pathogen
reduction by fecal analysis. VAR is demonstrated by Sour testing at 3rd and 4th Creek WWTPs
West Stanley performs PVAR by 30 Day bench test, Columbus and Granite Falls employ Lime
Stabilization/ time on temperature.
