SUBJECT: Line 125 – Kingsboro Road, Edgecombe County

A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200501, is located at
9625 U.S. 64 Alternate West, Rocky Mount, within Edgecombe County. The closest
waterway is Walnut Creek, of the Tar-Pamlico River Basin. DMF has no comment to
provide on the project, and is submitting this response to fulfill your permitting
