I have reviewed your PJD request received on September 23, 2019, and I concur with the
delineation as submitted. I do not need to make a site visit.

Due to staffing constraints and increased workload it may take 90-120 days for this
issuance of a standalone PJD, however the delineation as submitted may be used for
planning and permitting purposes. Should a permit be required the JD will be issued at
the time of permit issuance/verification. AID for the project is SAW-2019-01842. Please
let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I am following up on a Pre-JD request submitted to the NCREG site on Sept. 23, 2019.
Please let me know if you receive this e-mail or if you would like to schedule a site
visit to review the resources. NCDWR / Zachary Thomas has reviewed the ephemeral feature
and determined that it does not meet the criteria of an intermittent or perennial stream.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. I expect to submit a PCN for
this project in the future, so if I do not hear back I will include the PJD request at
that time.
