I am reaching out to respond to the notice of violation on the February 2020 Discharge
Monitoring Report for the Pantego WWTP. The sample for 001 Effluent, Limit Exceedance of
Coliform/Fecal MF/MFC Broth on 2/8/2020 exceeded allowance. Mr. Randy Merrill has
confirmed that the UV lights were not operating correctly. The UV lights have been replaced and
are in working order. The issue has been corrected. Thank you for your attention to the matter.
