Comments:
Staff visited the site on Dec. 2nd. Request is for shoreline stabilization on Lake Norman.
There are numerous large trees on site. However, they are not to be removed. The applicant
appears to be concerned with maintaining as much vegetation/trees as possible. The bank is vertical
and the top of bank is approximately 5 to 6 ft. above the lake bed. Stabilization is needed.
