Edwards, dated December 29, 2006, concerning the above captioned project. This
communication is to assure the DWQ that Mr. Edwards remains interested in continuing
to pursue permitting this project, and will continue to provide information towards that
goal. We are under the impression that Item 1 (in your letter) has been completed, since
we have previously met on-site with Mike Horan of the Raleigh Regional Office, but we
will be glad to meet with you and/or your designees(s) at any time mutually agreeable, if
this is not the case.
