I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Phillips Stream Restoration project, which proposes to restore 400 ft
of two unnamed tributaries of the North Fork Swannanoa River in Buncombe County.
Project activities should not impact trout resources and do not need to be avoided during a trout moratorium. Thank you
