HomeMy WebLinkAbout490030_Waste Utilization Plan_20200414April 2020 Grayhouse Farms Waste Utilization Plan Update This plan update is to address the changes to 7 waste application fields on 2 tracts in the current WUP. Fields being amended are fields 1, DF1, and DF6 from tract 8678 and fields DF2, DF3, DF4, and DF5 from tract 375. Changes to tract 8678 are to address the construction of the new dairy facility and reduction of application field. There will now just be field 1 for a total of 50.8 usable acres. Changes to tract 375 are to address the installation of 2 center pivot irrigation systems. There will now be fields 3 and 4 to address area covered by the center pivots and field 1 to account for land outside of the pivots for broadcast land application. These fields represent a total of 185.4 acres of application fields. The new total acres for land application in the WUP will be 1,386.61 acres which is approximately three times the amount of land required to land apply the waste produced from the permitted dairy operation.
