Hey Gregg,
Based in part on that recommendation by DMF, I would concur that appropriate measures (e.g., an in -water turbidity
curtain or silt fence/upland S&EC measures) should be put in place for the purpose of protecting/meeting the (SA, HQW)
water quality standards at the canal mouth, in addition to protecting any possible (SAV or other) resources/habitats
from being impacted. I'll condition my 401 WQC to reflect that concern, but other than that have no issues with the
project, and should have the approval letter issued by the end of the week.

Just checking in. I got a request from DMF to use a turbidity curtain at the basin mouth to limit any sedimentation out
into SAV habitat. I wanted to check to see if you all had any concerns with the proposed development and water
